NovaSwap — Privacy Policy

Non-custodial by design

NovaSwap is a non-custodial swap interface. We never hold your funds, never see your private keys or seed phrases, and never take custody of your crypto at any point. All swaps are signed in your own wallet and settled on public blockchains.

What we collect

• Wallet address — only when you connect a wallet, used to fetch quotes and screen for sanctions compliance. Your private keys never leave your device.
• Quote requests — token pair and amount, sent to third-party routing APIs (0x, Jupiter) to obtain prices.
• No accounts, no email, no personal identity data. There is no sign-up.

Third-party services

Quotes are powered by third-party APIs. Their privacy policies apply to data they process:

• 0x Swap API — 0x.org
• Jupiter — jup.ag

Blockchain transparency

Swaps you execute are recorded on public blockchains and are visible to anyone. This is inherent to crypto and outside our control.

Age requirement

NovaSwap is for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

Cookies and tracking

NovaSwap does not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. A service worker may cache app files on your device so the interface loads offline; it collects no personal data.

Data retention

We keep no user accounts and no identity records. Wallet addresses shared during a session are used only to fetch quotes and screen for sanctions compliance, and are not stored in a user database. Quote requests sent to third-party routing APIs are subject to those providers' retention policies.
